******To install, simply pull long sides apart to reveal hook and loop, wrap around seat belt strap, attach both sides to completely cover strap. Buckle seat belt around body, adjust strap cover to shoulder area. Strap cover slides up and down over seat belt, but stays in place once placed on shoulder.
